LA255 ATTORNEY ETHICS CASES POSTED BY STUDENTS

Please see the hard work students in the Legal Ethics course performed this term.  Students researched and located cases in their jurisdiction about attorney unethical conduct. In using their their research skills, they located cases about attorneys who have had a disciplinary action, sanction or disbarment for unethical behavior.

The goal is to educate the public about attorney ethics,  legal practice, and rules that attorneys must follow when practicing law. The purpose for our students is to learn more about attorney ethical conduct, how it trickles down to legal support staff, and to practice their legal research skills.
